Pictures from the Schools

I've found even more pictures of possible filming locations for the movie! Again, they were all taken by Rhonda at Twilight Moms Forums, so thank her for them! I finally had the time to add these pictures to the gallery today! Most of them are from the two high schools they are planning to use: R.A. Long High School and Kalama High School. There are two new articles posted by MTV Movies about Rachelle Lefevre (who will be playing Victoria). One of them (which includes an interview) is here and the other, where Rachelle explains the treetop "controversy" can be found here. Here's a question I found that cracked me up!
MTV: Ever since we announced your casting, there have been so many fan comments posted about you — some good and some not so good. I know you've been reading them, so I thought we could have you address a few. An MTV Movies Blog reader named "Shada," for instance, posted: "Rachelle Lefevre doesn't look scary enough to play Victoria."
Lefevre: What would I say back? Well, I would say that every picture she's ever seen of me is taken out at an event, where I'm probably happy to be there. How could I possibly look mean? Maybe she should come to my house and see me at 7 a.m., before I've had a cup of coffee. [She laughs.]

Peter Facinelli Answers Some Questions!

Thanks tp Roxanne for pointing out that Peter Facinelli (who will be playing Carlisle Cullen) just updated his MySpace blog with questions from Twilight fans! He only answered four questions, but it's still worth reading! Here's one of the questions:
Q - Does it feel weird to play the father figure when you aren't that much older then the other characters?
A - It is a little weird playing the father of people who I am not that much older than, but having children myself, and being a father where none of the other "adopted children' do not have children helps me understand Carlisle, and helps me establish myself as paternal figure within the cast. A few of them have even started calling me "dad", which I find amusing.

A member of the Twilight Moms Forum went "stalking" the cast again today! She was trying to get Robert to come out so she could give him some presents but he never came. However, she did meet a guy covered with glitter and she even chatted with him! This is what she had to say about him:
So, we are hanging out, and this guy walks up. I don't know if he is a stand in or just a makeup guinea pig, but he has his shirt off and he is COVERED IN GLITTER! Not yucky, thick disco glitter, but very fine and shimmery and quite lovely glitter! We get to talking to him a bit (very nice guy!) and find out that they are trying to decide whether to use glitter or CGI (or whatever it's called- can't remember at the moment). I told him, "yeah, you really have to glitter to be in the movie!" He was nice, and that was really cool to see that and to see what they are maybe going to do with the glitter aspect.
Pretty interesting huh? Thanks again to Twilight Moms Forum for this!

Man today's been a busy day! And we're not even done here! Stephenie Meyer has just posted pictures of her and the cast of the Twilight movie up on her site. Click here to view them! I've also added the pictures to our gallery. This is what Stephenie had to say:
Hey guys, I thought you might enjoy a couple of pictures from my weekend on the set of Twilight the movie. It was an amazing time; I had the chance to visit some of the film sites (Oregon is gorgeous!), go through the story boards (if just scanning through the sketches is so exciting, I can only imagine how much more thrilling the live action will be), watch some brief videos of stunt work (ouch! but so cool), and even catch a little bit of a vampire baseball game (look out—James is a ringer). My favorite part was dinner with some of the cast and crew. You don't know surreal until you sit down at a table with people out of your imagination. It was more than a little bit disturbing how pretty everyone was, and who knew movie stars were so nice? Anyway, if you ever get a chance to visit the set of a movie based on a book you wrote, I definitely recommend that you go for it.

BloodyDisgusting.com has posted yet another article about the cast of "Twilight" which you can view here. Apparently Gregory Tyree Boyce, Taylor Lautner, Christian Serratos, Edi Gathegl, Sarah Clark, and Billy Burke were all added to the cast. There's still no word about what characters they will be playing, but I'm sure that will be released soon.

There is yet another rumor going around about the cast of the Twilight movie. This time it's about Laurent. Supposedly the role has been given to Edi Gathegi probably most well-known for his role in the TV series House.
Again, this is just a rumor so don't count on it being accurate! I just thought it would be nice to let you all know about it. Remember what happened with the "Kaili Thorne as Alice" rumor?

Looks like all of you guessed correctly! According to the Twilight Lexicon, Kellan Lutz will be playing Emmett Cullen in the Twilight movie. I'll update the cast page with the information when I get home tomorrow.

Jasper Hale has been cast! The Lexicon has confirmed that Jackson Rathbone will be playing him in the upcoming movie!
Also, I've added two new press articles on MTV Movies about the cast of the Twilight movie. One of them is here and the other here. Even though they were just posted today, they are still a little outdated, saying that they have only cast Victoria, Rosalie, James, and Mike, but it's still something to read!

I keep on forgetting to update the site with this information and I finally remembered today, so here I am. There's a new design up at the BellaAndEdward.com shop. It's called "Peace, Love, Vampires" and most of the designs have that written on one side and "BellaAndEdward.com" and "Twilight Saga" written on the other side. There is a rumor going around that the part of Alice Cullen has been given to Kaili Thorne. As I said, this is just a rumor, so nothing's final. Also, apparently Billy Burke said, while being interviewed on a radio station, that he will be in the upcoming Twilight movie. Again, this is just a rumor. Just thought I should let you guys know, I still have about 50 in my inbox that I never got a chance to update onto the site. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cam Gigandet will be part of the Twilight movie, and a main role too!

The release date of Breaking dawn has been released! The date is set for August 2, 2008! Only six months left!

The release date of Breaking Dawn will be announced at 12:01 am EST on February 7th! That means 11:01 am for those living in the Central Time Zone, 10:01 am in the Mountain Time Zone, and 9:01 am in the Pacific Time Zone. This is only a couple of hours away so get ready!
