About: I first read Twilight in January of 2009. I was working for a Domestic Violence shelter but was going to be laid off within the month. My boss had been raving about the series at work on a daily basis. A week before my last day at work I felt very ill and was rushed to the ER, I found out that I had liters of fluid in my abdominal cavity and had no idea, the fluid had been gradually growing without my knowledge. My boss came to see me at UCLA Hospital and I hadn't eaten in over 10 days, had tubes coming out of everywhere, I was depressed, homesick and losing my mind. She brought me Twilight and I was brought back to life. I read the book more times than I can remember. Once I was released from the hospital in March I divulged myself into the entire series. The Twilight Series brought me back from a really dark place. It was hard to recover, I was so weak and was covered in stitches due to the numerous surgeries I had to endure to get the fluid out of my body and now I had something to look forward to everyday. Once I finished the series, I still read it over and over and I got my sister, my aunt and my cousin hooked, they are my fellow Fan-pires!
I am not Stephenie Meyer. I do not know her personally, I am not related to her, and I cannot send a message to her for you. This is just a fansite made by a fan of Twilight. All of the Twilight books and characters are the property of Stephenie and her publisher. I do not own anything.
